We connect businesses to the banks and finance houses that can actually issue the instrument their deal needs, and we stay in the room until it's done.
Banyan One Group is an independent trade finance advisory. We don't hold a banking license and we don't issue instruments ourselves — every Letter of Credit, SBLC, Bank Guarantee or Performance Guarantee we arrange is issued by a licensed bank, trade finance house, or registered entity in our network.
What we bring is the part in between: reading a deal correctly, structuring it the way an issuer wants to see it, and knowing which of our relationships is the right fit for this contract, this counterparty, this timeline. Clients come to us because that middle step is where most trade finance requests actually stall.
A banyan tree doesn't rely on a single trunk. Its aerial roots drop from the canopy, reach the soil, and become load-bearing trunks in their own right — one tree spreading into what looks, from a distance, like a whole grove.
That's the structure of our network. When one bank is slow to respond or a finance house's appetite has shifted, another relationship is already rooted and ready to carry the weight. Clients deal with one advisory; underneath, they're drawing on several.
Three commitments shape every engagement, regardless of instrument or deal size.
We won't steer a client toward the product that's easiest for us to place. If a Bank Guarantee fits better than an SBLC, that's what we recommend.
We'd rather tell a client their request needs restructuring before submission than let it stall with a bank three weeks in.
Our role doesn't end at introduction. We stay engaged through structuring, negotiation and issuance, not just the handshake.
A short call tells us both, quickly.
